How to apply for a liquor permit

Information for staff

Visit the Staff Intranet for information about how to apply for a liquor permit for your event.

Information for UWA students and visitors

Email [email protected] to request the 'Notification of Event and Liquor Consumption' form.

Upon request, you will be issued the form to fill out.

Submit the completed form to the Security Office: 

• At least 7 days before your event/function.

• For events/functions requiring an occasional license, submit at least 21 days before the event.
